Defrost croissants in the fridge overnight
Spread them out evenly on a baking tray and leave them in a warm place, covered with a tea towel, to prove
Preheat your oven to 180’
Prove them for around an hour, or once they have doubled in size
Gently egg wash them just before baking
Bake in your pre heated oven at 180’ for 10 -15 minutes, and they are nice and golden in colour
