Created in Padua in 1919 by the Barbieri brothers. The original recipe has remained unchanged. It wasn’t until the 1950’s that Aperol Spritz became a popular alternative to the usual Venetian mix of white wine and soda. Incomparably refreshing and the perfect drink to start your evening off.
Bottle Aperol 700ml
Bottle Cinzano Prosecco 750ml
In an ice-filled wine glass, combine Cinzano Prosecco followed by Aperol in equal parts (60ml of each). Add a splash of soda water, garnish with an orange wedge and serve.
