Braised Lamb Shanks
Our Hawkes Bay lamb shanks are braised for 4 hours with red wine, garlic and rosemary. Chef perfected and ready for you to heat and eat with fresh Amano pasta & pecorino, creamy mashed potatoes or our potato gratin.
Directions: Defrost meal. Remove lamb shanks and sauce from pouch.
Place shanks in a medium size pot with lid. On a low heat bring shanks to a slow boil. Reheat shanks for 10-12 minutes on low heat until hot.

Keep frozen or refrigerated after defrosting
Best consumed 2 days after defrosting.
