Pork & Beef Meatballs, Pomodoro, Smoked Mozzarella


A favourite on the Non Solo Pizza menu, our meatballs are made with a mix of beef mince & prosciutto, baked with a pomodoro sauce and finished with the most divine smoked mozzarella. Perfect to serve with fresh Amano pasta or a crisp green salad with traditional sourdough.

1200g - serves 4-5

Directions: Pre-heat oven to 180ºc, remove the sleeve and lid. Place on a flat baking tray and place in the pre heated oven, bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.
