Eggplant & Spinach Vegetable Lasagne
A family favourite, spinach, ricotta & pomodoro Lasagne. Serve with a crisp green salad and Amano sourdough.

Directions: Defrost meal. Remove sleeve and lid. Preheat oven to 180.c.Bake for 30 minutes until heated through. Allow to sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
