Wagyu Beef & Pork Bolognese


A weekly staple our bolognese recipe loved by all at Non Solo Pizza. Wagyu beef mince, pork mince and diced chicken liver slow cooked with stock and tomato paste. Serve with handmade Amano pasta, a slice of traditional baguette and ample parmesan cheese.

Directions: : Defrost meal. Remove contents from pouch. Place in small pot .On a low heat bring soup to a slow boil. Cook for 3-4 minute on low heat until hot.

Ingredients: Beef mince, Onion, Celery ,Carrot, Pork, Chicken liver, Tomato paste
Red wine, Beef stock, Canola oil, Salt, Bay leaf, Salt , Black pepper

While care is taken with this meal. It was made in a kitchen also handling shellfish, soy, tree nuts, peanuts & dairy products.
Keep frozen or refrigerated after defrosting
Best consumed 2 days after defrosting.
