Whiskey Sour


Vice Admiral Edward Vernon of England began mixing a few ingredients to serve his crew to help combat sea-sickness, malnutrition, and scurvy. He didn’t want an entire ship of intoxicated sailors so watered it down with lemon juice thus the whiskey sour was born. A simple classic cocktail that should be celebrated.


Bottle of Woodford Reserve Bourbon 700mlBottle of Singe Pressed Lemon Juice 375mlBottle of Peychauds Bitters 148ml


Dry shake all ingredients first then shake with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Add 3 dashes of Peychauds Bitters on top
