Yellow Banana Prawn Curry


Thai style aromatic yellow curry with Australian Banana Prawns, coconut milk, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, lime and jasmine rice. Rich, creamy and packed full of flavour

Directions: Defrost meal. Remove sleeve and lid. Place curry in small pot. On a low heat bring curry to a slow boil. Cook for 2-3 minute until hot.
Serve with rice.
