The Italian classics, rarities and the esoteric will all be offered by the glass and bottle, complemented by some outstanding French champagne from famous houses, to tiny growers and a focused selection of what Aotearoa does best.

- This organic white blend from Marlborough, is a delicious blend of Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc, wildly fermented from hand picked fruit and after spending some time ageing in a clay amphora, was bottled without filtering offering a wildly delicious textural white wine that's just a little bit different 19

- From Puglia, the 'heel' of Italy this rich, spicy, slightly voluptuous dry red wine comes from the Primitvo grap that thrives so well in this warmer climate. Soft, supple with an abundance of flavour. 15

- Sangiovese based wine, blended with a small percentage of Merlot, Colorino and Cabernet. Ruby red with notes of ripe fruit and a touch of violet makes this a generous, full-bodied and extraordinary smooth wine. 16

- Heralding from Piemonte, near the town of Asit, this dry red wine has distinctive aromas of black cherries, smoke and earthy notes, whilst the palate is lush with black fruit, spice and minerality. 23
