Ebisu presents two exclusive evenings with The House of Suntory and brand ambassador Rory Donnolly. Explore a variety of these well renowned rare whiskies elevated with a menu created by Ebisu’s Executive Chef Darren Johnson.
Expressions of whisky include Chita, Yamazaki and Hakushu Distillers reserves, Hibiki Harmony and Yamazaki 12 Year Old. These expressions are perfectly matched with a selection of dishes designed for these events only; Kingfish tataki, pork cheek croquettes, slow cooked wagyu brisket and sweet potato pie.
Tickets are $145 per person and include a Toki highball on arrival, 5 expressions of premium House of Suntory Whisky alongside 5 courses. You don’t often get a chance like this with two evenings with limited availability.
