    From 17 August – 20 September, we're shaking up three exclusive Appleton Estate Rum cocktails, each inspired by the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean.

    Sage Tide – Appleton Estate Rum, coconut, pineapple, clarified milk
    Banana Cabana – Appleton Estate Rum, banana, lemon & vanilla
    Kingston Mule – Appleton Estate Rum, tepache, ginger beer & mango

    Complete the experience with our Buttermilk Fried Chicken served with Caribbean spiced honey, pickled vegetables and ranch dressing.
