Asahi & Savor Festival Tokyo Trip Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter The promoter is Savor Group Ltd. in partnership with Asahi.

2. Eligibility This competition is open to New Zealand citizens and permanent residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Savor Group, Asahi, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. The Prize The prize is a trip for two to Tokyo, Japan. The total prize is valued up to approximately NZD$20,000 and includes the following:
Two return economy class flights from Auckland to Tokyo.
Three nights of accommodation (twin share) at a hotel selected by the Promoter.
Two "foodie experiences" selected from a list of options provided by the Promoter. The choices will be a maximum of two per person.
Transfers from the arrival airport to the provided accommodation and back.

The prize does not include:

Travel insurance.
Visas or any other required entry documents.
Meals and beverages not included in the "foodie experiences."
Spending money, transport to and from the departure airport, or any other personal expenses.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other goods or services.

4. How to Enter To enter, you must dine at either Ebisu, Azabu Mission Bay, or Azabu Ponsonby during the Savor Festival 2025 (18/08/25 - 17/10/25) and fill out a valid entry form. Entry is limited to one per day, per valid dining booking.

5. Competition Period The competition opens on 18/08/25 and closes at 11:59 pm on 17/10/25, NZST.

6. Winner Selection & Notification The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries between 20/10/25 and 31/10/25. The winner will be contacted directly via the details provided on their entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five business days, they will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize Redemption & Conditions The winner and their nominated travel companion must both have a valid passport for the duration of the trip. The Promoter is not responsible for any visa or entry requirements. The trip must be booked and taken between March and May 2026. The final booking date is subject to flight and accommodation availability.

8. General Conditions By entering this competition, you agree to these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Promoter the right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage that occurs as a result of entering or winning this competition. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without notice.
