Hosted by Dish editor Sarah Tuck, this exclusive event promises an evening of culinary delights. For one night only at Azabu Ponsonby with Empirical wines, immerse yourself in a four course wine dinner with expertly matched pairings from the Azabu kitchen.
Empirical wines are limited and are mostly only available in Savor venues. Finely crafted through collaborative experimentation and observation by both viticulturist and winemaker. The combined knowledge, passion and complete freedom to make wines in a style reflective of our talented teams’ vast experience, results in truly exquisite, limited edition wines that showcase the very best of the vineyards they are from.
Darren Johnson, Executive chef of Azabu, has designed a menu bringing back some Azabu classics such as salmon tiradito and lobster tostadas alongside some new and current dishes; Takoyaki Octopus, ginger miso chicken and Yakiniku sirloin with Japanese chimichurri.
$149 per person includes a 4 course meal matched with 4 wines.
