Penfold's presents the Young Chef of the Year Award winner, and "Prince of Pasta", Mitch Orr, for one night only at Bivacco. Across a decorated culinary career, Mitch has helmed the acclaimed restaurants Acme and Kiln in Sydney's Ace Hotel, among many other noteworthy projects.

For one night, we're flying Mitch over to create a one off menu for this year's festival. Famed for infusing Japanese and South Asian flavours into his pasta dishes, expect a truly unique menu, inspiring flavours, and so much more.
