Azabu's Specials

This festive season, Azabu presents a vibrant Prosperity Salad, featuring salmon and tuna sashimi, accompanied by carrot, daikon, cabbage, crispy tostada, pickled ginger, and a honey soy dressing. This dish celebrates a Chinese New Year tradition where family and friends gather to toss the salad together. Known as the Prosperity Toss, the goal is to toss the salad higher with each wish for good fortune, weaving blessings into every bite.
