Viva Espolon

Viva Espolón takes over this May — a month-long celebration of Espolón Tequila across Bivacco, Bar Ziti, Flush, Non Solo Pizza, Ebisu, Azabu Mission Bay & Ponsonby.
For 31 days only, each venue is pouring a lineup of cocktails built around Espolón, with $18 serves all month. The ESPaloma features on every bar, alongside margarita variations, Ranch Water, tequila Negronis and mezcal-led twists — all designed to highlight bright citrus, heat, and agave.
Select venues including Bivacco, Azabu and Ebisu will also offer Mexican inspired food pairings, created to match the drinks. Expect fresh, sharp and flavour-driven dishes like guacamole with chilli and lime, tuna and prawn tostadas, wagyu tacos, and rotating taco specials across the month.
Viva Espolón runs May 1–31. No extensions.
