Carvery is King with a standing Prime Beef Rib Roast with loads of Yorkshire puddings, succulent crispy Harmony pork belly, and whole roasted fillets of Big Glory Bay Salmon accompanied by all the trimmings. Enjoy an unlimited spread of well-loved winter dishes.
For pasta lovers our whole parmesan wheel will be on display serving handmade pipe rigate vodka alla pomodoro with aged parmesan, alongside a new baked Lobster Mac n Cheese with New England lobster meat, gruyere cheese and macaroni.
