Indulge in a special set menu crafted by our talented chefs, starting with a selection of sushi, including the freshest tuna hosomaki, scallop nigiri with yuzu lime miso, and Big Glory Bay salmon nigiri with umeboshi.
Main courses include miso-marinated chicken with shichimi pepper & burnt lime, grilled beef fillet with Japanese chimichurri and wasabi salt. Finally, end the evening on a sweet note with a show-stopping Basque-style vanilla cheesecake topped with strawberry compote and strawberry sorbet.
